Who We Are
Davin MacIntosh

Davin is a lawyer specializing in regulatory and municipal planning matters. Davin completed a Masters of Law degree, in which he sought to anticipate opportunities and challenges in the Alberta water market. Davin also holds an MBA degree from Queen’s University and has structured many complex legal and financial transactions. Davin has been intimately involved in the market for water rights in Alberta since it began in 2007 and has worked on a significant portion of the water transfers that have been approved in the Bow River Basin.

Water Transfer Alberta regularly retains a small group of consultants and engineers who are experienced working on water rights-related issues.
